This summer, we are offering Water Aerobics at the FPC pool! Build strength and improve cardiovascular health with this gentle workout. Please arrive early to allow yourself time to get dressed and ready. Cost is $5 per person, payable in cash on the date of the class. Equipment will be provided. Max capacity of 10 people.
