This registration is for families who have not signed up yet to OPT IN to receive a set of Faith Formation sessions and DIY Bag for November stories. It is also for families who previously signed up and would like to OPT OUT of receiving the November sessions/bag.

These November Sessions/DIY bags are for nursery-aged children to 3rd Graders.

If you signed up previously and would like to continue receiving a DIY bag, no registration or action is needed from you at this time.
